Strictly necessary mechanisms
Public pages do not require an account. Local storage remembers the selected language and a dismissed language suggestion for 30 days; these preferences do not track you across sites.
Google Maps
Office maps on the homepage and Contact page contact Google when the page loads. Property maps contact Google only after you press their load button. In both modes Google receives standard technical data, including your IP address and browser information, under its own terms.
Analytics and advertising
Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”. You can decline or withdraw consent using “Analytics settings”. Remarketing and advertising personalization are disabled.
Administrative session
The separate administrative login uses a strictly necessary secure session available only to administrators. It is not used on public pages.
Your control
You can leave property maps unloaded and use the location description instead. Office maps on the homepage and Contact page can be blocked through your browser settings.
Google Analytics and inquiry delivery
Google Analytics 4 loads only after explicit consent. We measure visits, property views, contact clicks and successfully submitted inquiries. We do not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, message text or URL parameters. Advertising personalization is disabled. Your choice and analytics cookies are stored for up to 180 days; GA4 event data is retained for 2 months. Withdraw consent using “Analytics settings” at the bottom of the site. Inquiries are stored in Festival’s system and sent through Cloudflare Email Service to info@bgpropertyinvest.com and info@appbox.pw. Google and Cloudflare may process data outside the EEA under their applicable data protection terms.
